At The Edible Image Yate, all orders are made to order and printed with care. Please read the information below to understand how your items are shipped and delivered.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are usually printed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. If you need your order urgently, please email us before purchasing and we’ll do our best to help.

🚚 Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Available options may include:

Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Tracked services (when selected)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service levels.

Please note A3 envelopes with fit in most UK letter boxes, however the delivery person may leave it in a safe place.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

🧁 Packaging

All edible sheets and toppers are packaged flat, sealed, and protected to prevent damage during transit. All A4 and A3 envelopes have "Do Not Bend" printed on them.
